Educational Qualifications:
The candidate who has the desire to apply for the Operator and Attendant Recruitment from SAIL has to qualify the below mentioned mandatory criterions.

For Operator cum Technician: You must have to get a Diploma, which was recognized by Government of India/AICTE/UGC, from any one of the Engineering Discipline,

Selection Procedure:
All the eligible candidates must have to appear for the Common Written Examination. Based on the performances of the candidate in the written examination, merit candidates would be called for the Personality test/ Interview.

Training and Probation Period:
The candidates, who were selected under this recruitment, would be placed on the training for the period of 2 Years for both the vacancies. On Successful completion of the probation, all the qualified candidates would be placed on Grade S3 Operator and Grade S1 Attendant as well.

Salary Package:
The salary will be offered to both the selected candidates according to the following mannerism,
Operator cum Technician: 1st Yearà 10,700/month and 2nd Year à 12,200/month.
Attendant cum Technician: 1st Year à 8,600/month and 2nd Year à 10,000/month
