Mandatory Skills:
Candidate should have excellent communication skills, Basic knowledge in computers, ability to analyze and solve technical problems, knowledge of desktops and client applications/on-line tools, ability to use the phone system, customer service kkills, knowledge of products and processes & willing to work in night shifts. We are looking for any undergraduate/graduate/PG/diploma holders. Candidates with 0 - 3 years of prior experience are welcome.
